The mechanical design in three dimensions adopts UG, CATIA, SOLIDWORK. Robot simulation and offline programming using PDPS and DELMIA. Steel structure stress analysis is performed using ANSYS
· Electrical design class
The electrical design adopts EPLAN. PLC has programming capabilities of Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Huichuan and other brands
· Experimental workstation
The company has a set of experimental robot workstation, Yaskawa robot with Phoenis CMT welding machine, with a double-machine slide rail structure, positioner load of 8 tons, basically can meet most of the workpiece welding experiments.
